I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Technologies at Southwest Tennessee Community College. I have been there for 26 years. When I am not at work, you'll typically find me in my front garden as I continue to build it up and add new flowers and beds. If you have wondered about the wood chips, they are there to rebuild the soil after so many years of nothing (but weeds and moss) growing in the front yard. The soil is a hard, compacted clay that needs more organic material to help break it up. It is a fascinating way to bring life back to your soil.
